Fish And Chips On The Menu For Lattimers

We’re all proud at Lattimer Homes of our reputation for building top quality properties in Cumbria – and now we’re also building a name for serving the finest fish and chips.

The Dalston Fryer fish and chip shop opened this month which is owned and run by the Lattimer Group, this has quickly established itself as the place to go for delicious take-away or eat-in meals.

Manager Sandy Aitken and his team of seven staff have been working hard serving customers fish and chips and other mouth-watering orders, Monday to Saturday, lunch times and evenings, from the spacious new premises on The Square in the centre of Dalston near Carlisle.

The emphasis at the Dalston Fryer is on the unrivalled quality of the fish and chips, with local produce being used for other items, including sausages, burgers, pies and haggis. It is open 11.30am-2pm and 4-8.30pm weekdays and 11.30am-8.30pm Saturdays.

The corner property is owned by the Lattimer Group and has undergone a major renovation to create three luxury apartments and a florist’s shops along with the Dalston Fryer. It was previously home to the town’s Co-op store, which has moved across the road to a new complex built by Lattimer Properties and containing more luxury apartments and a beautician’s salon.
