Award Winner Barry’s The Best Of The Best
Lattimer Homes was again a winner at the annual Pride In The Job awards held by the National House Building Council (NHBC).
Barry Pattinson, who has worked for us for nearly 30 years, took the North West regional award for the best site manager in the category for companies building 1-50 new homes a year.
Barry, 46, received the award for the standard of work he has overseen on three properties – two semi-detached and one detached – during the final phase of our Sheila Fell development in Aspatria.
His success came at an awards ceremony at the Hilton Hotel in Manchester where he beat other NHBC Quality Award winners from the North West, making Barry the best of the best!
As a regional winner, Barry, from Aspatria, now goes through to the national Pride In The Job gala awards final in London on January 13 when the Supreme Award winner will be announced.
Fellow Lattimer Homes site managers Shaun Forrester and Craig Wilson previously won the Supreme Award and Top 100 Award. Shaun picked up the Supreme Award and was crowned best in Britain for his work at the Greensyke development at Cumdivock near Dalston. Craig won top 100 for his site at Caldbeck.
Lattimer Homes director George Lattimer has won the Supreme Award a record nine times. The NHBC’s Pride In The Job awards recognise house-building excellence.
