Judges Reward Craig’s Quality As Site Manager
Congratulations to our site manager Craig Wilson who has been selected as a 2017 Quality Award winner by the National House Building Council.
Craig is in charge of phase two of our Greensyke residential development at Cumdivock where we are converting the historic site of the former Lime House School into luxury homes.
Following 12 months of rigorous judging of Lattimers Homes’ work there, Craig was named among the first round winners of the NHBC’s Pride In The Job awards for excellence in on-site management.
He now goes on to compete for the prestigious Seal of Excellence and regional title winners in the North West finals at Manchester’s Hilton Hotel on Deansgate.
The Greensyke site near Dalston features four and five-bedroom detached and semi-detached houses, with a courtyard and traditional stone brickwork.
Craig, who lives at Aspatria, trained with us a bricklayer. His parents Jeff and Karen are both directors with Lattimers.
“I’m really proud to have been chosen as a Quality Award winner with the NHBC,” said Craig. “It’s a reflection of all the hard work and endeavour that everyone at Lattimers has put into Greensyke – as we do at all our sites. Lattimers has a tremendous record in this competition because of our top-rate craftsmen and the quality of our work. We’re a real top team together,” he added.
